		<description>It was quite difficult for a while to find anyone willing to even concede the possibility that in some cases buying a house isn't as wise as investing. I remember one co-worker once got quite defensive when I suggested that his home was not going to double in value again and that having some money in the stock market might be a good idea.

Things have changed now though. Everyone seems to know someone who can't sell their home. This doesn't make buying a home a bad idea. I just wish people would consider different angles before doing something just because everyone else is.</description>
